Ses Covetes, Mallorca (Spain), 8-9-10 September 2017

Need to recharge yourself?

Feel like discovering new things?

Want to go away a few days at the end of Summer?

Have you considered a retreat?

Then the upcoming Lih Lah Yoga retreat might be something for you! In a cosy house, in the middle of beautiful nature close to the beach, Cindy Dieteren and Ivan Lorenzo-Moldero will welcome you to join a programme that is set up for people that are interested in Yoga, Meditation, Science and Art.

ABOUT THE CONTENT

Meditation, Yoga, Science and Art have something in common: they are all approaches to better understand ourselves and the world we are living in. If we can connect better to who we really are, it will be easier to let go of false ideas about how we think we should be. If what we think, say, feel and do are in line with each other, we feel peace and connection and act according to our deepest inner mission.

A retreat is a personal experience. Every one will get something different out of it. You will be exploring yourself, together with others who will be doing the same. What you can expect is a beautiful and serene location, with a full day programme to explore yourself, get in touch with others, connect to nature and eat healthy delicious vegetarian food that is prepared with love, creativity and care by Bea Mohedano

The experimental programme is build up from a varied collection of sessions. You will calm down the mind by meditation and learn to listen to the nothing. If you get more silent within, it is easier to open up for the new. The guided meditation with drawing practice afterwards will give you inspiration to express yourself in form in silence. In the Yoga sessions, your can develop your body awareness with practicing proper breathing, excercise and relaxation. Views on reality by Science, Art and Yoga will be presented in the philosophy session, while the wonders of nature and science will get attention during our interactive scienceLola Lloberas will give a contact improvisation workshop, to learn to interact with each other and the space around us on a more intuitive level. In fact, it is Yoga, Art and Science in practice! "Dancers remain in physical touch, mutually supportive and innovative, meditating upon the physical laws relating to their masses: gravity, momentum, inertia, and friction. They do not strive to achieve results, but rather, to meet the constantly changing physical reality with appropriate placement and energy" (quote of Steve Paxton).

You will also have free time. Use it as you like. Maybe you just want to BE. Maybe you want to DO. If you feel creative, you can draw, write or paint. Maybe you take a swim in the Mediterranean sea, smell the pine trees, taste some of the amazing local food and drinks, or discover energetic places existing on the island. Do you play music? Feel free to share it and bring your instruments!
