Then this MINI HOME retreat might be interesting for you! While you continue your planned daily schedule of the coming 3 weeks, you make only one change: you invest 30 minutes of your morning to increase the strength and flexibility of your body and the calmness in your mind.

WHAT WE OFFER
The coming 3 weeks (15 February - 5 March), every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning we will meet via ZOOM from 7.30-8.00h. The first 20 minutes will contain short versions of the Sivananda Yoga sequence, where we give attention to breathing exercises and asanas that work on the 7 main chakras (order is from crown to root). We will end every session with a 10 minutes sitting meditation. On the other days when there is no class, you can deepen your own practice by a sequence that will be provided to you with the link after registration.
